  • How do I get 1 USD free credit that was advertised?

    The credit is added manually by our operators, you need to verify your phone using (CLICK TO VERIFY) link in your profile, the server will send you an SMS with verification code that you must key in your profile.

  • How do I become UltraTone reseller in my city or Area? my friends can't buy credit.

    Yes, UltraTone accepts new resellers that are not nearby other resellers around the world in any country. Please note that the commission is 10% on prepayment basis using bank transfers only, we will send you a number vouchers that you can sell in your area and users can add to their account using pin.

  • Can I send credit to my friends?

    Yes, You can send sms from your registered mobile to : 0060173901090 with this format:

     

    transfer*amount*friend_mobile

    example:

    transfer*20*0060123901090

     

    Please note that currency of transfer is MYR (Malaysian Ringgit), if you want to transfer in different you have to multiply the currency rate, for example 10USD is around 31.00 MYR at the time the question is written.

  • When I try to register MOL Point I get : Invalid Serial number

    It means either you have already used this serial number and pin before or you're not typing the correct digit.

  • I bought a new UltraTone IDD calling card, how do I use it?

    1. Login to your profile using the username and password that you have register.

    2. click on VOUCHER (16 digit) if you have a 16digit pin or click on VOUCHER (10 digit) if you have a 10 digit pin

    1. Login to your profile.

    2. click on "CALL HISTORY"

    3. choose the period you desire

    4. check for the exact call that has reduced your credit more than expected.

    5. Send this information using CONTACT US form and we will investigate your complain.
